Even in the bottle, you can sort of see the different colours.
You can get Ozotic polishes from Picture Polish (www.picturepolish.com.au) and they retail for $14.95. Generally, they're intended to be worn over a dark base like black, but I decided to get a little more wear from my current manicure (A England Avalon) and wore it over that. It's cool, because you can still see the different colours and it makes my nail look kind of mermaidy. To see how this looks properly over a black base, check out Jacie's You've Got Nail blog here. Her photos are the ones you see on the Picture Polish web site. She's awesome!
The polish applies like any glitter, although a nice dense layer of glitter gets deposited with each coat. I used two coats here, but had I been wearing black nail polish to begin with, one would definitely have been enough. It didn't take long to dry either. I added a top coat for extra shine even though I didn't need to: it's not chunky and doesn't feel gritty.
It starts off teal and then shift to purple.
From purple, it shifts to pink and then finally to a bronze.
The Ozotic Elytra polishes are incredible. Aren't they some of the most unique glitter polishes you've ever seen? There are three different colours to choose from, so there's something for everyone, I reckon! Enough said.
I'll leave you with a blurry pic taken in the sun to show its spectacular glitteriness (is that a real word?). Click to enlarge it and you'll see what I mean.
